What are the delivery services you use?
For deliveries in the United States we use USPS First Class Shipping and UPS as well.
For International deliveries we use DHL Express Worldwide.
For Mexico deliveries we use Estafeta.
Shipping
Shipping times
We ship orders 2-5 days from the day they are placed. Weekends can delay shipping times, so be patient with us! We will get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Order tracking
You will receive a separate email with your shipping & tracking information. You will be able to track your package after it ships via UPS, USPS or DHL websites.
If your order is shipping to Mexico you will receive a separate email with your tracking information as well. You will be able to track it via DHL or Estafeta Websites.
International Shipping
We use DHL Express WorldWide for International Shipping and it takes about 2-5 Business days to arrive (Plus 2-3 Handling days)
All DHL Express international shipments, except those to Canada, have a signature required for delivery service included in the price.
With the exception of Mexico deliveries we use Estafeta delivery Service, which takes around 3-5 business days (Plus 2-3 handling days)
