Where is my order?

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to ship.

If you ordered hand-made pieces, allow up to 5-7 days.

If your order has shipped and you believe it is lost, go to claims.route.com for any shipping claims. (If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout). After the package is dropped off at the post office all claims are directly handled with Route.
